The 3 pm spreadsheet.
Forty messages, a few emails and two calls, copied by hand into tomorrow's roast. Miss one line and a café gets the wrong coffee.
Invite your cafés, restaurants and offices. Each orders from its own account, at its own prices. You see what to roast tomorrow and who has gone quiet.
30 days free. No card. Bring your order history as a CSV.
Hosted in the EU. Cafés order in any of six languages.
13 clients · by Drift · 23 to call
Every order that arrives as a message has to be read, retyped and checked. And a chat never tells you who has stopped ordering.
Forty messages, a few emails and two calls, copied by hand into tomorrow's roast. Miss one line and a café gets the wrong coffee.
Cafés rarely say they have switched roasters. They just stop ordering, and a chat thread cannot show the order that never came.
Thirty cafés, thirty prices agreed on the phone. The new hire quotes the list price, and nobody can see who pays what.
Three steps. Your cafés need nothing but an email address.
Upload past orders as a CSV, from your shop's order export or the template in the app, or add cafés by hand. Each client gets a page, and its ordering rhythm is learned from the history.
Assign the catalog on the café's page, then send the letter in its own language. It signs in with the address you hold, no password, and finds its items, its prices and your delivery days.
Orders arrive in the app instead of your inbox, and one that still comes by message, you paste in. Confirm them and they become the roast plan in kilos, with the run sheet for the van. The cafés that go quiet wait on your call list.

Everything here is in the app today, on every plan.
Every café has its page: contacts, notes the café never sees, documents, and calls and visits on one timeline, with follow-ups that land on your call list. Order Book also learns each café's rhythm: when Common Ground Coffee, usually every 7 days, has been quiet for 19, it tells you to call.
They sign in with the address you hold, no password. Their usual items come first, at their prices, with your delivery days and cutoffs. Then they follow each order (Awaiting confirmation, Confirmed, On its way, Delivered) and find the invoice you attach right on it.
Make as many as you need: espresso bars, restaurants, offices, or one for a single hotel. Each has its own items and prices, or the list price minus a percentage. Assign one to a café and that is exactly what it sees. And a blend made for one client can be theirs alone: add it to that café only, outside your catalogs, and no other café sees it or can order it.
Every plan has every feature. What changes is how many wholesale clients you carry. 30 days free, no card.

No. Your shop keeps retail, and nothing is written back to it. Your wholesale history comes in as a CSV of past orders.

No to both. The café signs in with an address you already hold for it — we mail it a one-time sign-in. Its account opens on its usual order at its prices; the café sets the quantities and confirms. Every past order is there to look back on, and an order can still be changed until the cutoff.
Then it can. Open a new order for that café, choose “Paste what they sent” and paste the message: Order Book matches each line to that café's catalog and shows you any line it could not place before you save. The order lands in the same list as the ones cafés place themselves.
Not yet: nothing places an order on its own. A café's usual items come first on its order sheet, and “Same as last time” fills them in with one tap, so a repeat order takes seconds. You can also build a draft for a café and send it to them to confirm.
Yes. Add it on that café's page as an exclusive, at its own price, and leave it out of your catalogs. That café finds it on its order sheet, and a café on a catalog without it never sees it. One thing to know: a café with no catalog assigned sees every product you sell, so give each café a catalog first.
As they do today: on the terms you set per client, by transfer to your own bank account. Order Book does not process payments and takes nothing on them. Record what came in, and the balance sits on the client's page.
Not yet. You keep issuing invoices where you do today and attach the PDF to the order, so the café is emailed it. Order Book gives you what goes around that: a delivery note per order, a CSV for the accountant, and a record of what each café has paid.
Upload a CSV of past orders with the columns of the template in the app — your shop's order export works once its columns match — and the client list, the history and every account's rhythm are built from it. Add your delivery days and cutoff, and your cafés can order the same morning.
Yes. An admin can download everything your account holds as one file with “Export everything” in Settings, and the orders list exports as a CSV. Nothing is locked in.
€49, €149 or €249 per month depending on how many wholesale clients you have. Every plan has every feature. The first 30 days are free and no card is asked for. Nothing is metered on your volume — a roaster should not pay more for roasting more.
They order from their own accounts, at the prices you set, and you keep every relationship in view.
